Country Fixin's offers a chance to pick up high quality nutritious foods, baked goods, find rare country gifts, gift baskets and antiques or locate that unique piece of handmade furniture for the home or cottage. We strive to offer many new and unique items which is what makes us different than the rest.

The rich and diversified history of our building and the town of Brighton attracts thousands of visitors each and every year. From seaway transportation to historic railways and roadways, one way or another you'll end up at Country Fixin's.

Our store, once a flourishing cannery and fruit/vegetable processing plant opened in 1894, offers 35,000 sq. ft. of floor space on 3 levels. Both shopping and a unique glimpse into the past with the history of our building offer a one of kind visit that can only be found at Country Fixin's.

Very little structural change has been made to this grand historical building. Traces of the old production lines that held wooden crates of cans are still in place as are the original siding doors, framing posts, bracing and beams. Stamps on the southern wall, still visible, were used to identify products that were shipped from the factory.
